JoongAng Daily citing an unnamed Beijing-based DPRK official reports that the DPRK will return to the Six Party Talks in early April:
While recently meeting with a reporter, this official stated “North Korea having decided on policy to participate in the Six-Party Talks in early April and at the talks, to present a plan of its own for the progress of denuclearization.”
Continuing, the official added that “North Korea, in an advanced position, will watch how the United States will respond, and that the ball is actually handed over to the United States.”
On the Muscovite side of the Six Party Talks, MOFA Vice Minister Kung Sok-ung and his delegation returned from its 13 day trip to Russia.
