"Grand Bargain" Endorsed by Obama: LMB; The Bozz to Pyongyang 8 December

This is a breaking development, but ROK President Lee Myung-bak has said US President Barack Obama has signed onto the “grand bargain.”  It remains to be seen whether this is an actual endorsement, or if this is similar to what occurred in China last month where the Chinese government allowed President Lee a public relations win.  This may also explain the recent silence from Pyonyang.
