Choe Ryong Hae Visits Poultry Farms

DPRK state media reported on September 5 (Wednesday) that Workers’ Party of Korea [WPK] Vice Chairman and State Affairs Commission Vice Chairman Choe Ryong Hae (Ch’oe Ryong-hae) visited Mangyo’ngdae Chicken Farm and the 927 Chicken Farm.

As he toured Mangyo’ngdae Chicken Farm, Choe “encourages its officials and employees who were conducting a devoted drive for more eggs.”  He also “acquainted himself with the situation of the 927 Chicken Farm” and he “underscored the need to solve the problems arising in producing chicken and eggs by dint of science and technology and surpass its peak-year levels by conducting dynamic campaigns in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with each other.”

Consultative meeting were held and they “discussed the measure for further development of the poulty industry.”
