DPRK state media reported on November 15, 2017 State Affairs Commission Vice-chairman and Premier Pak Pong Ju (Pak Pong-chu) toured the Kim Cho’ng-t’ae Electric Locomotive Complex and he “inspired the workers in their efforts to raise a flame of upswing in production.” A consultative meeting was held which discussed “the measures arising in the production of Korean-style underground electric cars, while underscoring the need for the relevant units to provide spare parts necessary to re-equip and repair the electric cars” in a timely fashion. He also toured South Hwanghae Province and discussed “the agricultural production in the province.”
