Pak Pong Ju Visits Sunch’o’n

DPRK State media reported on Tuesday September 12, 2017 that State Affairs Commission (SAC) vice chair and DPRK Premier Pak Pong Ju (Pak Pong-chu) surveyed the Sunch’o’n Cement Complex. He last toured this complex on January 30 of the same year.
During this visit, he “encouraged the workers registering fresh successes in the cement production.” During a consultative meeting held on the spot, they discussed “measures to make the relevant units provide equipment and parts necessary for cement production and …keep production going at a high rate.” He also “inspected the site …for building the C1 chemical industry and discussed the measures to ensure the speed and quality of the project at the highest level and successfully establish overall production processes.”
