DPRK state media reported on March 21 (Tuesday) that State Affairs Commission Vice Chairman and Workers’ Party of Korea [WPK] Vice Chairman Choe Ryong Hae (Ch’oe Ryong-hae) visited Kumsong Tractor Factory.  Choe toured the factory and “gave pep-talks to the workers striving to hit their production goal.”  Choe stressed “the need for young employees to take the lead in production in the spirit of self-reliance and self-development like the creators of the Spirit of Kangwo’n Province.”
