September Party Conference Posters Appear

The KWP Publishing House has printed and released two (2) posters intended to promote the 3rd Party Conference (3rd Meeting of Party Representatives).  The Party Conference will be held in early September of this year, and is expected to include elections of new members of the Political Bureau (Politburo) and the Central Military Committee.  It is also possible that Kim Jong Un may participate, whether his presence is reported or not.
