Where's James Church on this one?

It may not be A Corpse in the Koryo, but Yonhap reports the body of a diplomatic consul at the DPRK Consulate in Shenyang was discovered in late October three (3) weeks after the fortysomething man went missing after a trip to the bank.  The Chinese authorities have yet to determine whether this is a homicide or suicide.  Let the conspiracy theories begin.
