Platform Order

The good people at Northeast Asia Matters: The Korean Peninsula have published a translation of Hanguk Ilbo‘s story on the MOU’s report on the platform seating order during the July memorial meeting commemorating the 15th anniversary of the death of Kim Il-sung.  Also, included is a “Top 23” list of the DPRK’s most powerful people.  Jang Song-thaek was not included on the list but his wife Kim Kyong-hui was.  You can see more information about the powerful Ms. Kim (or is that Mrs. Jang?) in my previous post about her.
