When, oh Wen
It seems the Dai Bingguo visit, a little over a week ago, was a preparatory meeting for an upcoming visit by PRC Premier Wen Jiabao. Mr. Wen will visit the DPRK from 4 to 6 October. Meanwhile, in the saving face department, Korea Central News Agency announced a rice donation by the government of Viet Nam because of “natural calamities.”
