Choe Ryong Hae Visits South Hwanghae

Workers’ Party of Korea [WPK ]Vice Chairman, State Affairs Commission Vice Chairman and WPK Organization Guidance Department Director Choe Ryong Hae [Ch’oe Ryong-hae] visited sites in South Hwanghae Province.

Choe toured Samjigang Cooperative Farm in Chaeryo’ng County and encouraged “its peasants in working innovations in farming preparations and explained the requirements of the Party policy and the ways in introducing the scientific farming methods.”  He also conducted inspections of Sinch’ang Cooperative Farm in Sinwo’n County, the Haeju Trailing Farm Machine Factory and the South Hwanghae Provincial Branch of the Academy of Agricultural Science where he stressed “the need for their party organization and officials to fully discharge their mission as the vanguard and standard-bearers in implementing Party policies.” He also convened consultative meetings during his visits to “discuss the measures for attaining the agricultural production goal for this year on the basis of the past successes and experiences.”
